This place has been a family favorite for years and years, and although the location changed with time some staff members are still around. If you need to pick out frames of any sort I highly suggest asking for Sean. With his expertise and great style you will leave feeling great because you look great! The doctor answered all of my questions and broke down all my options with a no pressure demeanor. The whole environment just makes for a calm and comfortable appointment experience.

Very friendly and knowledgable environment, up to date technology and well utilized. I felt very thoroughly examined for both vision and any potential health issues, I had all my questions answered and had a good time being there! Also, great selection of glasses, everyone had great taste, and I witnessed the staff help a family that you could tell was a little nervous at first about getting glasses for the first time. The staff did a great job of making them feel comfortable. 10/10!

I love this store there are so many different types of frames to choose from. The customer service is great friendly and go out of their way to help you find the perfect frame and fit for you.

Everyone who assisted us was extremely kind. They answered all of our questions, and Sean in particular was very patient and helpful, as well as very confident and spot-on in his suggestions. I ended up choosing a really nice pair of glasses (for a lower price than expected!) and I’m extremely happy with both my choice and the level of service. Surprisingly pleasant trip to the eye doctor! David is quite friendly, and clearly both very comfortable with people and also great at making people comfortable. My eye doc took a very collaborative approach with me on glasses options, informing me along the way both about the general state of my eyes, and also multiple approaches to get the best outcomes, tailored to my life and work. I felt well cared for and also had the sense that there was plenty of time - an uncommon feeling in the doctor's office! He also was very open about where I purchase my glasses, again supporting me in either direction (from West County or elsewhere). The lack of pressure was disarming.

All the staff were friendly, figured out my insurance quickly. Sean (Shawn?) was very helpful and patient when I tried on a lot of frames! Glasses came in quickly and happy with the price and quality. Great experience!

It was super easy to schedule an appointment and they had my records from my last optometrist that had closed. The staff were super nice and pleasant and Dr. Feng was super nice and listened to my concerns and bad jokes! The appointment was fast and efficient. I look forward to going again.
